  • Link by Stripe: A new, streamlined checkout experience that remembers your payment and shipping details across any business that uses Stripe, allowing for a one-click checkout.

How it works: If your browser or device supports these wallets, you will see their logos as an option at checkout. Selecting one will redirect you to your wallet’s secure interface to authorize the payment.

3. Additional Payment Options

  • ACH Direct Debit (US Customers): Pay directly from your checking account. This secure method often has lower processing fees, though the verification can take 2-3 business days to confirm before we proceed with order fulfillment.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) – Coming Soon: We are actively evaluating partnerships with leading “Buy Now, Pay Later” providers (such as Klarna or Afterpay) to offer you more financial flexibility at checkout. Please check back soon for updates.


III. The Checkout Process: Step-by-Step

  1. Proceed to Checkout: Once your cart is ready, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

  3. Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method from the secure options presented.

  4. Enter Payment Details:

    • For Cards: Enter the card number, expiry date, CVC, and cardholder name.

    • For Digital Wallets: Click the relevant button (e.g., Apple Pay) and confirm the payment on your device.

    • For ACH: Enter your routing and account numbers.

  5. Review & Place Order: Carefully review your order summary, shipping address, and total amount. Check the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions. Click “Place Order” or “Pay Now” to finalize the transaction.

  6. Confirmation: Upon successful authorization, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with your order number. An identical confirmation email will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. If you do not see this email within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.


IV. Currency, Authorization, & Billing

  • Transaction Currency: All transactions on auragifts.shop are processed in United States Dollars (USD). International customers will see the final charge converted to their local currency by their card issuer or payment provider, based on their exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees.

  • Payment Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the total order amount. This is a temporary hold to ensure funds are available. The actual capture (charging) of the funds occurs when your order moves to the fulfillment stage (typically within 24 hours of ordering).

  • Billing Descriptor: The charge on your bank or card statement will appear as “AURAGIFTS LLC” or a similar variant. This helps you easily identify the transaction.

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated and added automatically at checkout where required by law, based on your shipping address.

“I was charged but didn’t get an order confirmation.”
This is rare but can happen due to a browser error or email delay.

  • Action 1: Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.

  • Action 2: Log into your AuraGifts account (if you have one) to see if the order is listed.

  • Action 3: Contact our support team immediately at phamthilinh.llc@gmail.com with the billing name, email used, and the last four digits of the card. Do not place a duplicate order until we confirm the status of the first one. The initial charge is likely a temporary authorization that will fall off if the order failed.

“Can I save my card for future purchases?”
Yes! If you create an account and consent during checkout, Stripe securely stores a tokenized version of your card (the actual number is not stored with us) for faster checkout on your next visit. You can manage saved payment methods in your account dashboard.

“Do you accept PayPal?”
We are currently integrated with Stripe and do not directly accept PayPal. However, you can use a PayPal-linked debit or credit card through our standard card payment option.
